Looking for Help

This site is meant to inspire, entertain, and educate.  Along the way, I hope what you learn about yourself makes your life happier and more hopeful.  That said, sometimes we all need a little more help than we can provide ourselves.  Below is a list of other resources that may be able to help if you just can’t seem to make sense of things or if you want to help someone you care about but aren’t sure how to go about doing so.  It is not a sign of weakness to reach out for help when you need it; it takes strength to want to change for the better.
